I think it’s important that you feel comfortable with the inspector that is helping you with one of the most important financial decisions you will make. So let me tell you a little about myself. Kerri and I have been married for 40 years. We have raised two wonderful daughters in the same home I built 29 years ago. We moved to the Marysville area soon after I got hired as a professional firefighter for the city of Edmonds. Mike was a professional firefighter for 33 years and is now retired from that profession. Did I mention Kerri and I have two amazing grandsons, now ages 9 and 6?
I started my early years working as a carpenter in Idaho, where I became skilled at residential single family construction, as well as multi-family apartments, building from the foundation stages to the interior finishes. Because of my construction knowledge, you may be certain I have the professional knowledge to walk you through the inspection process with confidence that will not lead you into a bad decision.
I am one inspector who integrates a lot of pictures, along with detailed narratives specific to concerns found. On average, you can expect approximately 80 to 250 pictures in your report. So there will be no confusion as to what and where the concerns may be in the house you are considering calling home for a long time.
