He also went far above and beyond the call of duty with his flexibility in the scheduling of our inspection and additionally providing the subsequent detailed clarifications our bank needed in order to approve our loan. We were in a short sale with a terribly tight schedule and needed an inspection on short notice. Your 60 page report was a real eye opener . The key to your report was not only in the detail of what is wrong and what was done correctly but most important was the pictures you included. This has to be a must for any body getting a home inspection. With the pictures I am able to walk to the trouble spot and there it is exactly what is wrong and match that up with what you explain in the front of the report.
